We are Referral Pack, a local referral network connecting pet owners with trusted veterinary services through professional pet care businesses such as dog walkers, sitters, and trainers.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

When you use our referral service, we may collect the following personal information:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number

• The name of the pet professional who referred you

• Your pet’s name

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Share your referral details with the veterinary practice you choose to be referred to

• Enable the vet to validate your eligibility for an offer (e.g. a free month on a pet plan)

• Track and confirm successful referrals

• Communicate with you (only in relation to your referral and relevant updates)

3. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data only with the veterinary practice you're referred to. This allows them to:

• Validate and honour their offer

• Confirm your sign-up status with us for referral tracking

We will never sell or share your data with any third parties beyond the vet you’ve selected for the referral.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We rely on your consent to process and share your data. You will be asked to agree to this when you submit the referral form.

We store your data securely using encrypted systems and access controls. Only authorised personnel can view your data.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to:

• Validate the referral

Typically, this will be no more than 6 months after the end of the referral campaign.
